The Wedding Cake Process...
Our Wedding Cake journey begins with a complementary consultation for all orders over £500. This includes a 30-minute consultation with Hollie discussing your themes and ideas. Using your ideas, chosen venue, colours scheme and personalities, we can build your unique design to suit your big day. We have an extensive range of previous designs that can be adapted to your chosen colour scheme if you’ve fallen in love with a previous design. Additionally, we offer a 60 minute consultation and tasting session for a non-transferable, non-refundable fee of £30 per couple. We offer a selection of our best selling flavours that we have become renowned for. These will all be held at our Pantiles studio in Tunbridge Wells. We recommend you book these no longer than 12 months before your big day.
Payment and deposit
We ask for a 50% non- refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure all orders under £500 or a 20% deposit for all orders over £1000. This secures your order in our diary and confirms your chosen design. If you’re unsure of your overall design or your wedding is over 12 months away, we can take a non-refundable, non-transferable £100 deposit to secure your date in our diary. This will be deducted from your final balance once your design and quote has been accepted. For all wedding orders, we ask for the final balance to be paid four weeks prior to your big day. This ensures you have a stress-free run up to your wedding knowing that everything is taken care of.
Alterations and cancellations
We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all alterations or cancellations on your Wedding Cake. Please understand that large alterations (for example extra sugar flowers or figurines) will incur an additional charge. Changes of colours scheme etc are much easier to alter at this notice. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, so all cancellations at any point will result in you losing your deposit. We reserve the right to charge additionally for any bespoke sugar work carried out beyond the 2-week cancellation period. (this includes bespoke sugar flowers and figurines that cannot be used on other designs)
Wedding: We insist on delivering all wedding cakes over two tiers or those that include delicate sugar work. Our team is experienced in delicate deliveries and set up at your chosen venue. Delivery is free for all local venues within a 15-mile radius from our Pantiles studio. For all other venues, delivery of your wedding cakes will be included in your quote at the point of enquiry.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are prepared on a site that handles gluten and nuts, so we cannot guarantee there will be no trace of either in our bakes. We take great care in separating all allergens.
Signature Vanilla – Our signature light, vanilla sponge layered with silky vanilla buttercream.
Marble – Our signature vanilla swirled with our intense chocolate sponge. Layered with our silky vanilla buttercream and dark chocolate ganache.
Ultimate lemon – Our zesty lemon sponge drizzled with our tangy lemon drizzle. Layered with lemon curd buttercream and more lemon curd.
Rhubarb & Rose – Our light vanilla sponge drizzled with a rhubarb syrup, layered with a fragrant rose water buttercream and a delightfully tangy rhubarb compote.
Mango & Passion Fruit – A light vanilla sponge filled with silky vanilla buttercream and our home made mango and passion fruit curd.
Tiramisu – Our vanilla sponge dowsed in our coffee, masala syrup. Stacked with vanilla mascarpone buttercream, coffee soaked lady fingers and a chocolate drizzle.
Coconut & Lime – A light and zesty coconut sponge drizzled with a zesty lime syrup. Filled with the smoothest, coconut and Caribbean vanilla buttercream and lime curd.
Spiced Pumpkin, Maple & Pecan – Our heavily spiced, soft pumpkin and pecan sponge drizzled with maple syrup. Stacked with vanilla buttercream and chopped pecans.
Red velvet – A hybrid of vanilla and chocolate sponge infused with buttermilk. Layered with a mascarpone buttercream.
Strawberry & Earl Grey – Our vanilla sponge drizzled with a fragrant earl grey and strawberry infused syrup. Stacked with vanilla buttercream and strawberries steeped in earl grey.

Rich Chocolate Mud – Our decadent chocolate sponge filled with intense chocolate ganache and chocolate ganache buttercream.
Lemon & Poppyseed with Blueberry Compote – Zesty lemon sponge, speckled with poppyseeds. Layered with our vanilla buttercream and home made blueberry compote.
Salted caramel – Sweet and salty soft caramel sponge. Drizzled with a caramel syrup, layered with our velvety salted caramel buttercream.
Banoffee – Our salted caramel sponge swirled with ripe, crushed bananas. Drizzled with our caramel syrup and filled with our signature salted caramel buttercream.
Raspberry & Prosecco– Light vanilla sponge drizzled with a raspberry and Prosecco infused syrup. Layered with our vanilla buttercream and steeped, sweetened raspberries.
Nutella & Praline – Vanilla sponge soaked in a hazelnut syrup. Layered with smooth Nutella buttercream and crunchy praline pieces.
Cherry & Almond – A moist, almond sponge swirled with Disaronno infused cherries. Filled with a cherry and almond buttercream.
Carrot – Our signature, heavily spiced carrot cake, filled with a vanilla mascarpone buttercream.
Pink Velvet – A pretty in pink buttermilk infused vanilla sponge. Filled with mascarpone buttercream.
Peanut Butter – A caramel sponge swirled with peanut flour and peanut butter, drizzled with a caramel syrup and layered with a peanut butter, caramel buttercream and chopped, roasted peanuts.
