Hollie-ProfileHollie’s Little Cakery was created through a passion of art and a love of baking. We use the finest ingredients to bake you a perfect cake. Each cake is baked to order to guarantee you receive the freshest cake possible. All our cakes are handmade and hand sculpted meaning every one is an original piece.

We make as many of the curds and fruit puree’s that are used between the layers of our cakes and within our buttercream where possible.


Consultations can be arranged for weddings or all orders over £300. This means we can either work from your own design, or we can use your ideas along with your colour scheme to create something completely original for your event.


For all orders under £300 we will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your order and for orders over £300 we ask for a non-refundable 20% deposit with the remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to the cakes collection or delivery.


We would ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice for any alterations to, or the cancellation of your order. However, as our cakes are all tailor-made to your specification, you may be charged extra if production of your cake has already begun (e.g. fruit cake tier, sugar flowers or figurines).



Cake delivery can be arranged for Tunbridge Wells, Kent and surrounding areas at an additional cost (prices will vary depending on the location). We must insist that we deliver all cakes of three tiers or more or cakes with delicate sugar flowers or intricate piping etc. All collections will be from our studio along London road, Southborough.


A tasting session can be arranged for a fee of £10 per person to be paid on the day (maximum of two person). This will be deducted from your final cost if you should choose to go ahead with the cake.



We have a wide variety of flavours to choose from with our favourites being as follows:

  • Vanilla – A light vanilla sponge with a silky vanilla buttercream.
  • Chocolate – A rich chocolate sponge layered with your choice of chocolate buttercream or chocolate ganache.
  • Marble – A beautifully swirled chocolate/vanilla hybrid, layered with chocolate buttercream and vanilla buttercream.
  • Lemon – A light lemon sponge doused in a zingy lemon drizzle, filled with the a tangy lemon curd buttercream.
  • Salted caramel – A delightful caramel sponge with an intense caramel drizzle, filled with the smoothest salted caramel buttercream.
  • Carrot – A super moist, heavily spiced carrot cake, filled with a velvety cream cheese frosting.
  • Rhubarb and rose – A light vanilla sponge, filled with a fragrant rose water buttercream and tangy rhubarb compote.
  • Banoffee – A moist banana and brown sugar sponge, drenched with additional caramel syrup, filled with our signature salted caramel buttercream.


We can also make allergy specific cakes including gluten free, egg free and dairy free.
